Dear Chuck,

Two DYONYX representatives, Mr. Clifton Peeples and Mr. Adam Brakefield are assigned to support the CCAD Industrial Computer Automation Team. Their support has been augmented on many occasions by Mr. Michael Vieger when his assistance was needed for the most difficult technical issues involving Turbine Engine Test Cell production. During the service period from the contract startup date through September of 2004, the service provided by these employees has been outstanding.

This team is tasked to service a wide variety of highly integrated and very complex systems that control industrial machinery, real-time production operations, and electronic test systems. The nature of the equipment makes each trouble ticket unique. The computer hardware and software spans the range of legacy information technology from approximately 1985, through current deployments from a variety of vendors and manufacters. These DYONYX employee have repeatedly demonstrated superior application of their technical skill level to a high degree; along with their ability to adapt on-the-fly to the dynamics of change as they worked with other contractors and government personnel to accomplish repairs in a timely manner.

CCAD is extremely fortunate to hae such fine employees supporting the military, mission critical production systems needed to keep Army, Air Force, and Navy helicoptors in a high state of repair and readiness. As their team leader, I am extremely pleased with their achievements. I look forward to continued support from DYONYX.

Respectfully,

Glenn Anderson
