Chuck:

On behalf of the Division of Immigration Health Services (DIHS), I wanted to take this opportunity to give you my perspective on DYONYX's performance to date. Over the past three years, DYONYX has provided comprehensive requirements analysis, solutions development and integration services for DIHS in support of our Enterprise Multi-Service Network objectives. Your support of our Washington, D.C. headquarters and our growing list of 17 geographically dispersed medical clinics that are located within Department of Homeland Security Immigration and Customs Enforcement (ICE) processing centers has been admirable. Through our growth spurts and the inevitable bunps in the road along the way, your team has always been very responsive to our needs. DYONYX has done a good job in conducting interviews to better learn our business, and continues to deliver IT business value to improve the efficiency of overall operations with respect to meeting our goals for DIHS, ICE, and our parent agency the Health Resources and Services Administration (HRSA).

As the Project Manager, Kathie Brady has done a fine job in evaluating and improving the IT infrastructure required to process detainees through the health care system. Her detailed recommendations and deployment strategies with respect to improvements, preferred network architecture, and eMR delivery to best meet our current and future critical health care system needs are always of sound judgement. Your team has rapidly responded to new and changing requirements and we consider DYONYX an integral part of the DIHS mission.

While this is certainly no time to rest on our laurels because we still have much to accomplish, I do want you to know that we are very pleased with the way things are moving forward and look forward to our continued working relationship in the years to come.

Thanks for your efforts and partnership as we move our organization from good to great!

Sincerely,

Eugene A. Migliaccio, Dr. P.H., CAPT, USPHS
Director
