EPE retained the services of DYONYX to perform a cooperative technical examination and assessment of various aspects of the current technical environment considered by leadership to be of high importance and worthy of focus.
DYONYX designed, developed and implemented a complex portfolio management system integrating vendor, pricing, task order, and contract and acquisition information for the US General Services Administration (GSA).
Our team utilized Microsoft .NET and SQL database technologies to support an Agile development lifecycle to build a Mashup dashboard of contract, task order and acquisition data to support a portfolio of more than 20,000 task orders totaling over $18B in value. This effort freed up 27 of 33 project managers to allow the agency to focus more heavily on customer solutions building while reducing the administrative burden by almost 82% and reducing overall portfolio management costs by more than $2.5M annually.
