DYONYX acquires Blue Ink Corporate Technologies Inc.
DYONYX announced today the acquisition of Blue Ink Corporate Technologies, a Houston based Information Technology Systems Design, Integration and Software Development Company. Blue Ink has provided large scale integration, custom application development and strategic consulting since 1996. The acquisition of Blue Ink broadens the vision and practical ability of the DYONYX Professional Services, Information Technology, and Application Solutions divisions. As part of this acquisition, Trent Henson, the Chief Design Architect of Blue Ink will now become Executive Vice President of Information Technology for DYONYX and a member of the DYONYX management team. President and Co-founder Chuck Orrico stated that "DYONYX plans to leverage the combined resources of the two firms to further it's already extensive technical assets to deliver a broader range of tightly integrated business solutions."
