Applications Support for Veterans Benefits Management System

August 1st, 2012 - CBS News features Veterans Benefits Management System (VBMS), an initiative from the United States Department of Veterans Affairs. VBMS is a paperless claims processing system that enhances paper based claims processing to the highest degree possible. This system provides VA with critical tools needed to break the back of the backlog by improving timeliness through claims process automation, efficient use of resources regardless of geographic location. Claims processors can focus on data instead of paper which allows the VBA to measure performance and product quality. DYONYX IT services assist to decrease the veteran claim process and award turnaround time by streamlining the Project Management and Service Desk support of the VBMS application.
