Cloud Implementation and Migration

Overview 

Migrating a business to the Cloud is a delicate process that must be fully managed from Day One. When DYONYX prepares to onboard a client to transition to our Cloud platform, we employ upfront due diligence processes geared toward gathering and understanding functional business requirements first and foremost.

DYONYX Services

We utilize a suite of automated commercial and open source tools combined with our proprietary discovery templates to aid in our due diligence. This approach ensures that we fully understand your business goals, IT goals and IT strategic plan so that we can tailor the Service Level Agreements (SLAs) to meet your specific objectives around availability, reliability and response times among other performance metrics.

In addition, we will review and advise on IT policies, standard operating procedures and the asset IT inventory management strategy so that you have a fully rationalized implementation plan supported by a rapidly implementable target IT architecture.

During the Transition Phase, DYONYX will utilize the system build requirements and coordinate a range of tasks including:

  • ordering and installation of all circuits
  • infrastructure build out
  • engaging third party OEM providers and partners as required to finalize pricing on items such as telephony and software licensing


After the final solution is engineered and agreed to, DYONYX will begin the implementation across all areas, establishing specific milestones to ensure progress is measured and reported on.
